Faux Diamond Dust Technique

I cased this technique from Patsy Wagoner/Border Buddies, and LOVE it!  I don't know if you can tell from the picture, but the stamped image is all shiny and sparkling like diamonds!

Spoiler Alert:  If you love the Painted Petals stamp set, purchase it before June 2nd.  This cute set is not featured in the new catalog and come June 3rd will be gone.

Supplies used:  Painted Petals stamp set, Whisper White, Smoky Slate, Strawberry Slush card stock, Versa Mark, Memento Tuxedo Black, Strawberry Slush, Pistachio Pudding ink, Jewels Basic rhinestones, Iridescent Ice, Heat tool, Large Polka Dot embossing folder.
