This card was featured in my November technique class. We colored Dazzling Diamonds glimmer paper to make it a light blue. I used one of the Gorgeous Garden dies and Masterfully Made Designer Series Paper to create this unique and easy card. The greeting is from the Layering Leaves stamp set.
