Spooky and Shinny Halloween Card + Free Catalog

Today, I’m sharing a wickedly fun card that balances eerie vibes with a whole lot of sparkle.

For this design, I bult a classic spooky card base using Basic Black, White Willow and Basic Gray cardstocks. This monochrome palette sets the perfect eerie backdrop for the star of the show, the Web of Fun Bundle. To add depth and movement, I layered a a cobweb pattern from the Frightfully Fun Designer Series Paper. But a Halloween card isn’t complete with a little magic, right? I cut used the new Autumn Woodland Glimmer Specialty Paper, which catches the light and gives the card an enchanted look.

To tie this card together, I added Black Iridescent ribbon, a scattering of Glossy Garden Dots for a fun pop of texture and a generous brush of Wink of Stella over the stamped spider-web.
