Holiday Greetings with Words for the Season

This Holiday card was so simple to make using the Words for the Season Bundle and Elegant Pine Snowflakes Designer Series Paper. I layered the Designer Series Paper onto Old Olive Two-Tone Cardstock. I love layering with Two-Tone cardstock to avoid extra bulk and weight on my cards. Of course, it’s also great for scrapbook pages!

I wanted a little something different with the die-cut, so I applied Versa Mark ink to a scrap of Real Red Cardstock, applied clear embossing power and heat set it. Once it cooled, I ran the die through my Stampin’ Cut & Emboss Machine. This technique gave the cardstock a glossy holiday shine. The Peace on Earth dies was a perfect frame for my greetings.

I love the simple layout for this card and it was so easy to make!
