Arrange a Wreath Best Wishes

I've has so much fun creating with the Arrange a Wreath Bundle from the annual catalog.  This card would be great for a wedding, anniversary or a birthday. 

I stamped the leaf image with Smoky Slate ink and added a vellum die cut on top.  All of the items used to make this card are available in my online store.

Supplies:  Arrange a Wreath Bundle, Whisper White, Pool Party, Vellum cardstock, Smoky Slate ink, Whisper White Polka Dot tulle ribbon, Holiday Rhinestone Basic Jewels.
