Wishing You the Happiest of Days

This card reflects the current fall colors in NE Ohio. Normally the trees have reached their peak and leave clean-up is pretty much done by now, but not this year. In fact, the oak tree next door has just turned a burnt-orange color and is still hanging on to it leaves.

This card reflects the ever changing colors of fall with Daffodil Delight, Old Olive and Berry Burst.

I started with a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and used blending brushes to add swirls of color to my cardstock. Next, I stamped the Etched Autumn background stamp with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. This stamp is perfect for fall crafting. It features a collection of autumn leaves in various sizes and shapes and is ideal for cards, scrapbooking and crafting projects.

The greeting and cute little pumpkins are from the Fall for Toile Paper Pumpkin Kit. I stamped both with Memento ink, popped the greeting out with the Stylish Shapes dies (my go-to dies) and did a little fussy cutting with the pumpkins. Mossy Meadow & Gold Trim Ribbon and Low Profile Dots, both Online Exclusives, completed my card.

I love the whimsy falling leaves I stamped on the inside of the cards, again from the Fall for Toile Paper Pumpkin Kit. I added a layer of Berry Burst Two-Tone cardstock to the inside for an extra pop of color.
