Sneak Peek into Sale-a-Bration

If you're not familiar with Sale-a-Bration the structure has changed a little .  Instead of one single Sale-a-Bration event, Stampin' Up! has split the event into two events.  The first Sale-a-Bration will be January – February, with the second beginning July and ending in August.  During each Sale-a-Bration event you can receive FREE product(s) with a qualifying purchase.

My Sale-a-Bration sneak peek features the Friendly Hello stamp set and Friendly Hello Designer Series Paper.  The stamp set and DSP are FREE with a qualifying purchase during Sale-a-Bration.

Both cards use the Friendly Hello Designer Series Paper.  The card on the left was made using the Biggest Wish stamp set from the annual catalog.  The card on the right was made using the Sale-a-Braton Friendly Hello stamp set.  For this card, I used a Stampin' Write Basic Black marker and the huffing technique for the greeting.

I originally just stamped the flowers and greeting for the inside of my card.  I though my flowers looked a little lonely, so I used a post-it note to make a mask and then stamped some leaves using Granny Apple Green ink.

Of course I thought of adding the leaves AFTER I made my video, so that step isn't in the video below.
