Waves of Inspiration Surprise Panel Card

I used the Waves of the Ocean Designer Series Paper and Blue Foils Specialty Paper for this card.  The Blue Foils Specialty Paper and Waves Rhinestone Jewels are sold out and no longer available.  The greeting was colored with Pacific Point and Gray Granite Stampin' Write Markers.

The inside of the card features more of the gorgeous Designer Series Paper, but also has a surprise panel

I cut a silver wave to fit into the panel.  I used Balmy Blue ink and a sponge dauber on the edges of the clouds and thought, what the heck, and added a silver lining to the clouds.
