Spooky Sweet Halloween Card

I used The Spooky Sweet Specialty Designer Series Paper patterned paper for this easy mix-and-match card layout. Stampin’ Up! is know for it’s color coordination which takes all the guess work out of coordinating color and pattern combinations. This designer series paper is perfect for creating tags and gift packaging for Halloween goodies, accents for scrapbooks, or other spooky-cute paper crafts.

Petunia Pop would never have been in my wheel-house as a Halloween color, but I love it for this card! I started with a Basic White card base and added a layer of Petunia Pop cardstock. Next, I layered the two different patterns onto Two-tone Basic Black cardstock. The greeting is from the Fright Night stamp set and was stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I popped it out with the coordinating die. I used a Petunia Pop Stampin’ Blend for a little accent coloring. This image was attached using dimensionals. A scattering of white Shimmer Star Foam sticker completed my project. Just for fun, I attached a piece of the designer series paper to the envelope flap for extra coordinating color.
