This was a card that was made in my Scalloped Tag Topper Punch class. The class featured what else, but the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch in the new Spring catalog.

I saw this on another SU! demonstrator web site, and unfortunately, didn't write down her name. I followed her layout design and just changed the greeting and added some bling.
