Sand & Sea Suite

I've had so much fun playing with the products from the Sand & Sea Suite on pages 40-41 in the new Mini catalog.  This Suite has so much to offer to unleash your creativity.  The video below gives a brief overview of these products.

Here's a card I made using products from this suite.

Let's dig-in on the products I used for this card.  I layered a piece of the Sand & Sea Designer Series Paper on a piece of Soft Sea Foam cardstock.  This was mounted to a Blushing Bride cardstock base. The Pearlescent Specialty Paper was cut using the Stitched So Sweetly dies and then embossed with the Seashells embossing folder.  Now for the magic.  After cutting out the large shell image with the Seaside Shells die, I stamped all the shell images, lined  up stamped cardstock with the embossing folder and  prest0, I had an embossed image on all the shells. WOW!  I snipped out all the images and applied Wink of Stella for a shimmer look.  The greeting was cut using the Rectangle Stitched dies.    The finishing touch was applying Opal Rounds.  This embellishment looks like shimmering water droplets.

Here's a close up of the embossing and the Opal Rounds.

All of the products for this card are available in my online store.
