New Circle Sayings Birthday Card

This easy birthday card was made using the new Circle Sayings stamp set.  This stamp set coordinates with a 2-3/8 circle punch and is offered as a Bundle, saying you 10%.  I choose to use the Stylish Shapes instead of the punch.  I wanted to mimic the circles from the Bright & Beautiful Designer Series Paper.   I stamped the cupcake image with Memento ink onto Basic White cardstock and then did a little fussy cutting.  I used the paper piecing technique for the cupcake liner and icing.  I picked out pattern and solid colors DSP, stamped again with Memento ink, did some more fussy cutting and attached the pieces to the stamped image.  I used an Ivory Stampin' Blends to color in the cake section.
