Just Wanted to Say Happy Birthday

This card was so easy to make using the Just Wanted to Say dies.  Yelp, that's it, just dies and no stamping.  I layered Lighter Than Air Designer Series Paper onto a piece of Azure Afternoon cardstock and added another piece of cardstock.  If you like this Designer Series Paper, it's on the retire list, so grab it while it's still available. The scalloped die cut is from the Scalloped Contours dies, another retirng item.  I popped the Happy Birthday greeting up with dimensionals.
