Butterfly Bijou Winner
My upline, Linda Bauwin, offers a Team Challenge to her downline for the opportunity to win free Stampin' Up! products. These team challenges are a great way to receive free products, but also provides a way for our team to share with each other.
Linda sent a sampling of the new and exclusive Butterfly Bijou 6 x 6 Designer Series Paper for the February Team Challenge. This is the card I submitted and it came in 4th Place. Congratulation to me!
I decided to make a slimline card using Thick Basic White for the cardbase. The next layer is So Saffron cardstock. The bottom layer is a piece of the Butterfly Bijou Designer Series Paper. The top layer is a piece of the Natural Touch Specialty paper. These two items are an exclusive offering and only available until May 3rd or while supplies last. This DSP is beautiful! I used the Brick and Mortar embossing folder on the top piece and then sponged Soft Suede ink over the embossed surface.
This beautiful butterfly is from the designer series paper. The Brilliant Wings die fits over the Designer Series Paper to pop out this butterfly.
