Easy Color Block Layout Video

This card features one of my favorite card layouts.  Wondering why it's my favorite?  First, it uses Designer Series Paper.  Let's face it, we all love pretty paper and Stampin' Up! has beautiful, coordinating Designer Series Papers.  Second, it can be used for any occasion and third, it's easy!  I used the 2024-2026 Brights Designer Series Paper and the Happiest Day stamp set, both from the current Annual Catalog.  The greeting was popped out using the Fancy Borders dies, an Online Exclusive.  All the supplies used to make this card are listed at the end of this post.
