Crafting Made Easy – One Layout, Endless Occasions

Have you ever found yourself needing a card at the last minute, only to stare at your stamp room wondering where to start? We’ve all been there. That’s exactly why I’m sharing this ultra-simple and versatile card layout. You can use this layout for birthday, thank you, sympathy, etc. cards or like I did for a simple “just because” message.
One of the secrets to an effortless card is letting the designer paper do the heavy lifting. I used a neutral floral pattern the Brushed with Beauty Designer Series Paper. The delicate white blooms against the neutral background give this card a timeless look, and is gender neutral.
For the sentiment, I used the Words of Beauty Bundle. The crisp, modern text paired with the fluid script die-cut creates an instant pop. I stamped the sentiment using Early Espresso ink onto a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and then frames it with a Early Espresso cardstock mat. A few Earthy Matt Dots add just the right amount of texture to complete my card. These embellishments were on the Last Chance List and have since sold-out. Just a reminder that if you see something you like, grab them before they vanish!
The stamped greeting on the inside of the card still leaves plenty of room for a handwritten message.
This is a layout that will work for any card you need – just swap out the designer paper and greeting. Yes, it’s really that simple!
