Soak Up the Sun with This Cheery Card Video

Today’s card and video features a bright and upbeat card featuring the Summer Happiness Bundle, an online exclusive, and the Sending Salutations stamp set. Whether you’re dreaming of a beach getaway or just want to send a little warmth to a friend, this card has all the sunny, upbeat vibes you need.

This card is all about texture and color. I paired crisp Basic White with breezy Pool Party cardstocks. The fabric like texture is from the Softly Woven embossing folder. All of the images were colored with Pool Party, Daffodil Delight, Shaded Spruce and Flirty Flamingo Stampin’ Blends. I used Memento Tuxedo black in, which Stampin’ Up! no longer carries, but you can use any alcohol marker friendly ink you have in your stash.

5-1/2 x 8-1/2 Basic White cardstock
4 x 5-1/4 Pool Party cardstock
2-1/4 x 5-1/4 Basic White cardstock for images or separate scraps
3-5/8 x 4-3/4 Basic White cardstock for die cut
