We BEE Stamping TEAM Blog Hop – Spring Is In The Air

Hello and welcome to the We BEE Stampin TEAM Blog Hop – Spring in in the Air.  I don't know about you, but I'm ready for Spring in Northeast Ohio!  I'm anxious for the sun to make more than a 10-minute appearance and to see my neighbor's daffodils start to poke out of the ground.  Even though it's March, I know that doesn't mean we've seen the last of snow in this area, but a girl can hope!

My card today features products from the Perennial Lavender Suite, which is full of spring florals from the Painted Lavender stamp set and the beautiful Perennial Lavender Designer Series Paper.  The greeting is from the Perennial Postage stamp set.  Both of these stamp sets are also offered as a bundles, a 10% savings.

The card on the right was my original card, which is fine just the way it is.  The card on the left is my "stepped-up" version.  The video below shows you how easy it is to "jazz-up" a "plain- Jane" card layout.

Here's a peek at the inisde of the card.  I added a strip of the Perennial Lavender Designer Paper Series paper to a piece of 4 x 5-1/4 Basic White cardstock.
