Washi Tap Hello

Whenever I need a fast and easy card, I usually turn to my Washi Tape.  Washi Tape is a really fun accessory with endless possibilities.  On this card we covered a panel with Washi Tape and then punched out a heart to use at the top of the layout.  Super, super cute and easy.  Stampin' Up!
