Waterfront Shine
This card has so much shine thanks to Dazzling Diamonds and adhesive sheets. Unfortunately the adhesive sheets have sold out. I hope that Stampin' Up! will offer a product similar to this in the future. This was one of the techniques featured at my May Technique Class. Here's a close up Leigh
