Just Wanted to Say

This card was so easy to make using the Just Wanted to Say dies.  Yelp, that's it, just dies and no stamping.  I layered Lighter Than Air Designer Series Paper onto a piece of Azure Afternoon cardstock and added another piece of cardstock.  If you like this Designer Series Paper, it's on the retire list,…
