Sending Thanks with Winterly Tree Tops
This card features products from the Nests of Winter Suite. I have to admit that when I first saw this suite, it wasn't on my "need to purchase" radar. I liked the Nests of Winter Designer Series paper, but I'm just not a "bird" person, so I completely dismissed the Winterly Tree Tops stamp set and die cuts. However, I had the opportunity to use is bundle at a stamp event and completely is fell in love with it!
I started with a Basic Beige card base and then layered Shaded Spruce and Nests of Winter Designer Series Paper. The greeting and bird were both stamped on Basic Beige with Memento Tuxedo Black ink. The greeting was popped out with the Stylish Shapes dies. The bird was colored with Cherry Cobbler, Smoky Slate, Pecan Pie, Pumpkin Pie and Daffodil Delight Stampin' Blends Alcohol Markers. I used Shaded Spruce 1/2" Satin & Sheer ribbon for texture. A beautiful than you take only takes minutes to make.
