One Layout = Three Different Ways

I took the same layout using the flower from the Gallery Blooms stamp set, and made three different cards – say what?!?!  Yelp, all I did was change the background and the greetings for the three cards.

All cards share the same colors of white, black, Coastal Cabana, Daffodil Delight and Bubble Bath.  For each card, the flower was stamped with Versa Mark ink and heat set with black embossing powder.

I used the More Messages Bundle for the greetings for all three cards.  This bundle has one large stamp with several greeting and one die that cuts them all out at one time – brilliant!

So, let's look at card #1-

For this version, I used splat stamp from the Elements of Text, an Online Exclusive.  Tip= Make sure the ink is completely dry before stamping and applying embossing powder.

Moving on to card #2-

Same as everything in the previous card except I stamped the background colors using the text stamp from the Elements of Text and stamped the entire middle section, from top to bottom.

Lastly, card #3-

Again, exactly the same as cards 1 and 2, but this one has a watercolor wash background.  I used my heat tool, on both sides of the watercolor paper, to make sure it was completely dry before stamping.

This is such an easy way to create cards that are each just a little bit different – I love all three!

All of the Stampin' Up! products used to make these cards are available in my online store
