Nests of Winter Fancy Fold Card

I used the new Nests of Winter Designer Series Paper for this creative/fancy fold birthday card.

I kept my stamping to a minimum to let the beauty of this Designer Series Paper shine.

I started with a piece of Gray Granite for my card base.  I embossed two panels of the Nest of Winter Designer Series Paper with the new Birch Wood embossing folder before mounting them to Basic Black cardstock.  

I decided to use the Country Birdhouse stamp set for my greeting and stamped everything using Memento Tuxedo black ink.

I love how this card features a hidden surprise panel-

I can't wait to make this creative/fancy fold card again using different Designer Series Paper.  The only hard part will be deciding on what Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper to use.
