Watercolor Pencil Video

Todays video is all about water-coloring with Stampin' Up! watercolor pencils and a Blender Pen.  This is such an easy way to achieve a watercolor look to your stamped images.  I'm using some new items from the upcoming Mini Catalog.  The Blessings of Home Bundle, Heart & Home Designer Series Paper and Classic Matte Dots.
