Just a Note Easy Card Layout

This layout is one of my favorites.  Want to why it's one of my favs?  It can be used with any Designer Series Paper, greeting and embellishment.  Plus, you can made the dimensions just about any size you want.  That's a win-win in my book!  Even though this card has "flowers", the other colors give it a masculine feel, making it a perfect card to send to my brother.  Yes, "guys" like receiving card too!

I started with a Very Vanilla card base and layered Floral Impressions Designer Series Paper, an Online Exclusive, onto Pecan Pie and Garden Green Two-Tone 12 x 12 Designer Series Paper.  Have you tried out the Two-Tone DSP?  I love using this paper for layering.  It's a "tad" lighter in weight that cardstock and one side is true to color and the other just a "tad" lighter shade.  Plus, it's great for scrapbook layouts.   The greeting is from the Beautiful Motif stamp set and was stamped using Pecan Pie ink.  I finished with a Daffodil Delight ribbon bow, which was a Last Chance Item.
