Happy Easter Basket Card

I embossed a piece of 4 x 5-1/4 Balmy Blue Two Tone cardstock with the Forever Plaid embossing folder and attached to a side fold Basic White card base. I love using two tone cardstock! This cardstock features a dark shade on one side and a lighter shade of the same color on the other side. It’s lighter in weight than traditional cardstock, making it great for layering without adding bulk and to my projects. My Easter Basket was die cut using Easter Joy Specialty Designer Series Paper and attached to a Everyday Arches die cut. I used Lemon Lolly, Timid Tiger, Shy Shamrock, Pretty in Pink and Pecan Pie Stampin’ Blends to color the bunny, carrot, flowers, chick and bunny. I added some Easter Assortment dots to the center of the flowers. I added some fussy-cut Easter eggs and finished with a Balmy Blue Gingham ribbon.
