I'm always saying, let the Designer Series Paper do the work for you, but with todays card, it's the embossing folder do the work for you.  The Quatrefoil embossing folder is the focal point on this card with just a hint of Hues of Happiness Designer Series Paper.  The best wishes greeting is from the Happiness Abounds stamp set.  I used the Orchid Oasis Metallic Woven ribbon to make a bow.
