The floating strips technique is such a fun technique and a great way to use up your scraps of cardstock or Designer Series Paper.
A window sheet and foam adhesive strips or dimensionals give the illusion of the floating effect.
I used the Layering Circle dies to cut a circle, but this isn't necessary for this technique.
