Elephant Parade
I happened across a post from another Stampin' Up! demonstrator (Stamp with Di) and decided to try my hand at recreating the tag she had made for a gift bag. Instead of putting my tag on a gift bag, I put it on a Sale-a-Bration Pool Party card base. The cute little elephant is from the Elephant Parade Bundle from the annual Catalog. The tub is from the Hippo dies, another fun Sale-a-Bration item. He's attached to a tag using the Splendid Day Designer Series Paper and popped out with the Tailor Made Tag Die.
To create the effect of soap bubbles I used the new Pearlized Enamel Effects from the Mini Catalog and the Effervescent Elements from the annual Catalog. The Pearlized Enamel Effects come in Black, Real Red and White.
I also used the Pearlized Enamel Effects to accent the little butterflies.
