Happy Easter

This card was featured at a recent Technique Class using Stampin' Up! decorative masks, watercolor pencils and a blender pen.

The Easter greeting is from the retiring Arrange a Wreath stamp set.  I popped it out using the Stitched Rectangle dies.  The ribbon is from Playing with Colors, another retiring item.
