Fall/Thanksgiving Step-it Up Card
I recently offered a Fall Step-it Up Class. The class offered a "Plain-Jane" (basic) card layout and then a "stepped-up" card version. This was a new class concept for me and everyone loved it!
In preparing for this class, the stepped-up cards weren't an issue for me. It was the "Plain-Jane's" that I was struggling to create. Yes, we all love the over-the-top, super fancy cards, but at times fail to see the beauty in the basics – the "Plain-Jane's". Do you find yourself in the same spot? I know I do!
This Thanksgiving Card is pretty simple. It has stamping, die-cutting and an embossed layer. A Blender Pen was used to blend the ink after stamping.
This is the stepped-up version. I added Designer Series Paper that was colored with Calypso Coral Blends and added Very Vanilla Baker's Twine and a Champaign Rhinestone Basic Jewel
