Cottage Wreath Grateful Notecard
I used a Kraft Notecard for this Fall/Thanksgiving theme greeting. The wreath was cut out using the Gingham Cottage Designer Series Paper and decorated with acorns and leaves. I added a Brushed Metal Dot by the greeting.
