Boo!
This Halloween card was super easy to make using the Scary Cute stamp set. This stamp set has coordinating dies, but I didn't use them on this card. I stamped the trick-or-treater using Memento ink, popped out with a Layering Circle die and mounted it on a die from the Painted Labels die. It's perfectly OK to mix and match your dies.
I started with a Basic White cardbase, added a layer of Fresh Freesia cardstock and then strips of Black & White Designs Designer Series Paper. I added some Sequins & Gems for some bling. Easy-Peasy!
