Baby Wipe Technique

The Baby Wipe technique is a another great way to use your Stampin' Up! re-inkers.  We had a blast making this card at a recent technique class.  The look of this card reminded  some of us of the Groovin' 70's!  If you're old enough to remember the '70's, what do you think?
