Ghosting Technique

Supplies used:  Something to Say (now retired) and Flower Patch stamp sets, Birthday Bouquet DSP (retired), Pool Party, Blushing Bride, Smoky Slate card stock, Island Indigo, Whisper White Craft ink, Washi Label punch (retired-I really, really miss this punch), Pool Party Glitter ribbon (retired), Jewels Basic Rhinestones.
